 This was shot in Banchiao, Taipei County, Taiwan. It is a public art located in the plaza beside the county government building and its original concept is "bamboo". In Taiwan, bamboo is a symbol of "promoting step by step", because bamboo is divided into sections and straight high into the sky.

I hope my poor English can make you understand the introduction of this Bamboo Tower. :P

However, I didn't treat it as a bamboo when I took the shot. I imagined it as some kind of spaceship ready for rocketing into the sky, so I made it more sci-fi look in post processing.

This is striking! Can we have some details of where it was taken? Singapore? Malaysia? I see you're from Taiwan, actually, so I guess maybe it's there?
