 This is Orchid. She's my foster kitty - very shy. She only has one eye (seriously). I'm trying to integrate her into my household after losing both of my cat babies this November.

I used Nik Efex Midnight on the image, then overlayed with a gold/white filter and the eye, which is the back of a Haindl Tarot card. I erased all of the card image except the eye.

Wow. VERY striking and while it should be somewhat disturbing, it strangely is not. The new kitty looks to be adapting - is she? And which package is Nik Efex Midnight in? I only have the B&W Nik software... do I need more??

Oh how interesting this is! The all-seeing eye of the cat (even when sleeping). I love the curled paw. The colors are beautifully tuned. The Tarot is a great motif, I think I will follow your lead. My O My I have come such a long, long way from the first time I tried a blended image--it looked awful! hehe.

This is stunning Alicia! Wow! It's pretty shocking in ways but works on so many deeper levels.

Lovely you've got a new kitty as well. :) I like the Tarot reference. Hmm, be interesting to have a side-side challenge here with the Tarot. :)
