 One of many, many autumn shots I've taken during October and early November although, on no single day when I was able to go out with my camera did the sun do me the favour of truly showing its face and showing the colours to their best advantage.

Nettlecombe is a wildlife and ecology centre based in ancient park and woodland. The view is high above Nettlecombe church with a view across to the Quantock Hills.

This so reminds me of my travels in England. I can imagine sound the cows mooing, sheeps baaing, birds chattering, and the smell of manure wafting through the air. ;-)

I really like this one. It's like in the 1700s where there's not much development; everywhere is green :)

I love the wonderful colour blends in this photo - contrasts & complements, distant highlights extending the scene. It is peaceful, even the darker storm clouds are only hints of a coming thunder which does not penetrate the veil - yet.

The light is what makes this magical, emphasizing the greens of various shades and the soft colors of the changing foliage

i don't like the cropping, maybe you should have gone wider. anyhow, the bottom half of the photo looks really good.

Lost a bit of details in your sky there. I might have considered doing a multi-exposure HDR for this scene to alleviate that blown out portion or possibly underexposed the rest of the scene more and tonemapped. The tones of your foliage and rolling greens, on the other hand, are superb. Very good pastoral feeling.
