 I was in Holland (where I lived for many years) for a few days for work. I had never taken pictures at Kinderdijk, where many traditional windmills are still preserved. At eight in the evening, I saw it was going to be a beautiful sunset and jumped in the car to get there in time.

With my tripod in the water and my feet almost wet, I took several good shots during this sunset. It was hard to choose, but I like the golden glow of this one.

Post processing : only slight crop and curves.

Very nice golden tones and sillohuettes. I like the composition with the reflections in the water. Some people might think it's too dark, but on my monitor anyway, it gives a great feel to the shot. Nicely done.

I love this kind of silhouette. The only distraction for me is the broken reflection on the water from the windmills blades. Still one of my top three though. 9
