Great shot - 'Neither rain nor sleet nor snow will stop the intrepid photographer...' Love the blue umbrella, really pops and draws you towards the sculpture and the photog, and the glisten of the rain on the ground. Had no trouble guessing it's the PNW! :-)

it took me a moment to realise that was a tripod and not a cane... i wish that this had been composed slightly different so that you could see more of the camera. but the lighting is really great!
