This was shot at the Great Falls park from the Maryland side. It was raining hard that day when I shot this.

This is a single exposure worked with multiply and screen modes for creating the effect. Also added some gaussian blur for enhancing the effect.

The light in this is just gorgeous - everything is so nicely balanced and flows so very well. You have an excellent eye for seeing how a photo should develop, then applying the right tools of the trade to a well-seen capture to make it so.
