That's just the low rez the high rez version looks a lot better as you don't get a halo but get the fur detail over the collar.

update: The 2 hands positions are actually different poses (again much more apparent in high rez), there's no duplication of shots, hence the amount of hours spent! ; )

Great shot...You really ned to do a how to on this one.It would be great to show how you photoshopped all the mice / rats in the pic. Good job

I really like this but I would touch up the rat in the very front. His neck looks a little off. The rest of them don't look photoshopped but the front one does. Can you add more collar over the fur?

Another thing that really stood out to me was the Rat in the front (right side of image) with his hand on the other rats leg, you have 2 of them. Not that you didn't photoshop it but it stands out as a simple copy and paste. To me it looks like you rushed it or didn't care.

I would fix the selected area's
