It really takes good eye to see things like that. The tones, composition and the background are fantastic. I can almost smell the flower.

I wish it were spring here! :) I love the combination of metal and plants. Good eye for seeing the 9.

Nice bokeh, but not really digging the dirty looking flowers. Good eye for the 9 though.

Great background and warm tones.. flowers in the foreground add just enough to create the perfect mood!

Meets the challenge : 3/3
Execution : 1/2 - Iron railings (main subject of your picture) look a little soft, while it stands out very well with the DOF, on the top the dark background and dark railings are making it lost!
Originality : 2/2
and everything else : 1/3
total : 7/10

I like your subject matter here, as well as the somewhat muted tones. I think that I'd like to see the white balance just a few Kelvin cooler, and the half frame really hurts this image. There are times that the half frame is effective in adding to the composition and image quality, but I don't think that this is one of those cases. It just adds to the feeling that the top and bottom were chopped off. I score it a 5, mostly based on the fairly interesting subject that you have chosen.
