 I took this the morning Hurricane Bill past by. I was hoping to get big waves. But, nothing. Very calm.

All those textures and your file is only 86KB? You really need to use all 200KB allotted to you in these challenge. This is good, but the sky has some bad artifacts.

Beautiful rich textures. Wish there were a bird, person or dog walking in or out of the shot. That cloud bank is gorgeous.
