 I chose "On Pointe" by Lorie Ann Grover. I had just recently read the book a couple weeks before the challenge and I found that I shared particular experiences with the main character and her situation with her Grandfather.

I wish I had more time to work on perfecting my submission, but I only had a half hour to work on it due to having to go to dance class!!

One of the comments was that the lighting was too harsh. I did have an umbrella on my lighting in my first few takes, but I took it off because I wanted to try and change it up a bit. I ended up not liking the first shots with the umbrella lighting so I chose this one instead.
