I was stumped. This is what I came up with. Be kind.
This is the atrium of the Combast Building in Philadelpia. Shot around around 06:30 PM. I liked the backlighting, the graphic quality and the near silhouettes of some of the figures.

Post: Camera raw adjustments in PS Elements 6.0.
2 or 3 crops, I did one more for this entry.
Distortion correction perspective tool? Possibly but I sort of remember not doing it as the center line was relatively straight so I may have let it alone.
Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation.
Adjust sharpness.
Spot edit dust.
New layer and filled with black and changed blend mode to color.
Resize.
Sharpen.

My second viewing of this and I'm still a little confused. First glance is that this is a straight shot of an office block but closer viewing makes me think the people are toy models, I'm quite perplexed and waiting for post challenge to learn what I'm actually viewing.

I wonder what this looks like in color? It is very dark. I like the placement of the top figure.

Clever title. I like the busyness of it. Perhaps some contrast would help? (not voting)

Really really like this. The people walking on each level give the shot the energy that it would have been missing if it were "just" an architectural shot. 8

I would have probably given this a 5, but I just saw the same thing in another challenge this week.

Great title to go with a very graphic and well done shot.

I like this shot, but i think you let some higlight blown. I dislike the reflections, and maybe a polarizer could had helped with both issues...
