Taken late in the evening. Spoke to one of the construction worker (the one in the photo). He said they work at this site 20 hours of the day/night. I can't wait to see this site in a month or two. This photo doesn't quite do it justice.

Edited from RAW. Adjusted for brightness and contrast.

Thanks for the comments.

I did notice after I uploaded that the exposure did seem a bit much. It's funny that when I looked at it in photoshop, it seemed reasonable. However in a browser it looks a bit worse.

Also, mixed reviews about the guy in the photo. I was considering not having him in there but thought it would help with the scale. Even with him in there, the picture doesn't quite capture the grandeur of this site.

Checked my score earlier in the day and was about .5 off my personal best. Miraculously, it surpassed my previous top score by the end of voting. Thanks!!!

This was in my top three picks for this challenge. I think this caught the essence of a working job site at night. Thought it would ribbon. Nice work anyways.

The person in the image gives it a good sense of proportion, but the overly brightness of the bin on the left is distracting. The rest of the image (all the lines and patterns) is fascinating.

The overexposure at the bottom hurts this shot, which otherwise has some interesting merit.

boy there is alot of work here...did you hand hold or use a tri-pod? It looks like you have a little "shake" in the photo...otherwise well done

if you were tossing with the idea of having that guy there or not, you should've done without, he's distracting, but still a cool shot.

Nice shot, and I like that the person is in their to provide scale.

Great night shot. Great details of the job site. I'm guessing a relatively quick shutter speed (1/15 to 1/60?) since the workman seems to be walking but not really blurred. Did the flood lights provide enough light for moderately low ISO setting? No noise to speak of (that I can tell). I like the shot for the subject and for the technical aspect. I'm curious to know the details on the settings for this shot... Well done. Should be a ribbon.

I think this is a little to lit up.
