I would have thought a higher finish for this too and I gave it a 7. The only thing stopping me from giving it an 8 or higher is that I would have wanted to see a lot more in focus, particularly the leaves of the tree. Great concept!

Really surprised the heck out of me that this did not place closer to the top. I expected it to beat mine for sure. As I said in the challenge, it's extremely creative and I love it. I suppose it may have been a little on the creepy side for some tastes. Popular appeal is a fickle thing. Still placed plenty high, however!

I thought my own entry was doing well, but I expect this to trounce mine by a WIDE margin. Lots of effort, creativity and just some damn good photography. I am humbled. A 10 and a fave.

man, great idea! I'm afraid the final shot lets you down though. The sharpness is lacking (that might just be your lens and no fault of your own) and the lighting is just a tad harsh.

You did a great job there! I love the colors, textures, light and composition at all. The only thing i didn't like much is the smoke at the background. Really great shot! Good luck!
