 Did you know that aluminum and glass are the only things that are efficient to recycle?

And did you know that the plastic grocery bags (that replaced paper bags that readily break down in landfills) will not go through the recycling machines? They bind the tines of the machines. That's why they have separate recycling receptacles at grocery stores for them. In almost all cases, they end up in the landfills just as if you'd left them in your regular garbage, because they cannot be economically and mechanically recycled.

Aluminum is automatically taken out of regular garbage by machine because it's a profit-maker. So, there's no need to send out special trucks (using up extra gasoline and putting out more exhaust) to pick it up from our recycling bins.

*heavy sigh*

Yeah... *sigh*... they're real flowers. *sigh again*

I wonder why they appear fake.. .*sigh yet one more time*...

I'm assuming you were going for "reuse" with the coke can, but the frog catches my eye more and makes me think more of the color than the concept. Nice photo though.

i like the frog, and i think it would have been better the the flowers where real, i could be wrong, if they are real, im sorry, back to the pic, i really like the water all over it,

What a lovely shot! The DOF works quite well and the arrangement and nuances of the flowers with the frog (?) make this shot very appealing. Not entirely sure why you chose a Coke can specifically, but the color contrasts between the red of the can and the transition through the violets to the greens and whites works for me.
