Oh, geeze, I know I'm gonna get hammered. I just all of a sudden got to feeling all Peter Max-y. and wanted to do something of an homage to his brand of psychedelia, which of course I grew up in the thick of, so shoot me..

This is Karma at the beach with a lensbaby. She's been Topazed within an inch of her life, then all sorts of color/contrast shifting/inverting has been done in CS3 as well. Don't blame me, it's 'shrooms I tell you, 'shrooms!

And let's not forget the delicious irony of a Certified Hearing Dog flacking for a rock band, people :-)

Peace & Love, brothers & sisters!

Total psychedelia. Maybe you have to be in our age bracket to turn on to this. 6 FAVs is a good indication that you have some good company out there.

Missed this - well, I didn't look at R ^ R. I just wish I had taken it and known what to do with it.

She hears the rock and roll for you. If it's a good song, she licks you...

I like this!! It would look very nice hanging in my family room! It has a 70's acid trip look that I'm really kind of fond of!

I noticed that all the shots at the top end had pretty much bugger all to do with rock&roll, whereas at the other end...

This is a very whole and balanced picture and whacks the challenge right up it psilocybin, innit. Rock on, bear

interesting effect and good effort, well done. Interesting to see how it scores, as it is far more heavily, and visibly so, processed than most entries. works for me, though

this photo is just a bit over processed for my taste but i like the idea

Processing sure makes the image more interesting than it probably was without it.

I'm sorry, but this isn't even a photo anymore. Fun as an illustration for a comic book, but not really something I think is appropriate for DPChallenge.

Very nice treatment - eye catching. Well done!

Coming back to this, I cannot give it a higher vote (none exists) but I can appreciate it more. Something about this shot makes it seem more real than the surrealism of the processing. Very well done and meets the challenge very well.

Straight to Fav's.

Perfectly and wickedly overprocessed - suits Dire Straits VERY well! (And I'm guessing it's appropriate to say "Hi Karma!", yes?)

I like this, but am afraid most of the voters won't care for the level of processing.

I'm not sure whether to vote 3 or 6. I voted 3 then came back to look again. There's something in it - not sure about photography though. 6 it will be. I am trying to be liberal ;-)
