 There is this store in Philly called Mr. Bar Stool. Bev and I drive by there often on our way to I-95 and on to the Northeast or to Jersey. I have been shooting there at night for years. Prior to that I shot these lamps, larger versions of them across the street from Singing City rehearsals at the First Baptist Church at a store called the AIA Design Center. They started to renovate the building AIA was in and the moved. Rats. Fortunately the lamps turned up at Mr. Bar Stool. Glad they were still there for this challenge. Thanks as always to Bev for the transport on two nights of shooting.

Post: Camera Raw Adjustments in PSElements 6.0. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturaiton. Crop. Spot edit dust. Adjust sharpness. Resize. USM.

Very cool and abstract. I think my niece has one of those lampshades. I would have cropped the dark space off the left. That would have left you with a much more uniform photo and more abstract I think. A shame about the dirty spots but you can't clone them out in basic.
