 Re shot of a photo that was initially shot a year ago with a Fuji FinePix 9600 that I could not focus right, but I had to submit it in the 1000th Challenge of DPC cause it was different in a way.



I knew there were several technical issues that I did not like in that first try, so it got a 4.55 and may be 50 comments or something, which makes it probably the less rated shot with this number of comments. I thought that I had to give it another chance, which may be a wrong choice but I don' t really mind. So here it is. Hope you enjoy.

You had this is a recent challenge. Is it a light? I was going to check your other photo to see what it was. It's an optical illusion. I think this photo is technically better than your other one.

Right then, this just looks like a collection of clip art, in which case it would be DQ'd.

However, if the face effect was legally created that really would be something impressive. I'm looking forward to see what this actually is and how it was done.

Given the delicious symmetry of the shasows, lighting and faces, the right hand thumb print is a major flaw in an otherwise outstanding image. If it had been flipped so that it was the mirror image of the other print, it would have been outstanding.
