Yes ... 48 years old

I am in the final 4 days of a very extreme fitness workout.
P90X(developed by fitness guru Tony Horton) is awesome !

Check it out ... Sorry about the infomercial style of the ad, but the concept and the training have given us wicked results. We followed the program to the T, however, we did not buy any of the suppliments or vitamins, we just ate right and watched the amount of fat intake.

Along with my eldest daughter, my wife an I have been dedicated to this 90 day work out . At 48 years old, I have never felt better. I highly recommend this program. The results are as seen in the shot. We plan to repeat the 90 day adventure starting this week.

The shot was lit using two off camera flash heads. SB900 with Gary fong light sphere is set up on a tripod model left. Kick light SB600 set up on tripod model right and is bounced off of an umbrella. My Nikon D200 is set in commander mode. The camera flash is set at -3 exposure only to master the two remote flash heads. I am in the process of learning how to use these external flash heads... what a blast.

I love how the lighting makes the model pop out of the background

Hope this does well

Thanks for looking

Cole

I own the program as well, got 6 weeks into it and then lost the momentum. I think it had a lot to do with buying an old house and starting to renovate but congrats on finishing it. (10)

Nice display of guns. Subject was well placed in the room to contrast the color of his arms.

Center composition works well. Painting in the background is slightly distracting. All the other background element seem to work fine. Those are some big pipes! I think my ideal for this shot would be to crop tighter with a black background to really emphasize the pipes and the expression. Well done.

Interesting composition. i like the small details such as the outline of the guitar, the asymmetrical but balanced window and door frames, and the way the curtains frame the head.
