A bit of information that is not accessible for voters, is that there is no desaturation involved in the processing of this picture. It's a shot of the sky about 3pm, resized, cropped and Neat Imaged before saving for web and entering.

Will I ever get closer to the inverse bell curve?

I can't believe Charliebaker beat your Charliebaker tribute for yet another Brown, the irony of it!

Raish, thanks for the tribute and congrats on taking the notorious second to last place. Yes, your shot is definitely an improvement upon mine for someone from the Oregon coast grey skies. Sorry to beat you out by the slimmest of margins for the honor of honors among brown ribbons. All the best to you, Charliebaker.

I personally found that the color version is better.

Thanks for the tribute. Your photo is more authentic to the original than the original, since I live on the Oregon Coast :) 10

Found the original. No noticeable improvement here. Prefer the blue from the original brown actually.
Gray, drab and dreary. Hey that's 3 words to describe it in so 1 point for every word makes my vote a 3

Not sure if I should give this a 1 for being such a 'nothing' photo or a 10 for amusement value!

5 points for just having the image number, 1 more for guts for putting this in, and 1 more for the heck of it = 7
