 Canon 400D, Canon 85mm f/1.8 or 70-200 f/4L, Canon 430EXII w/stofen diffuser mounted on a tripod, triggered w/Canon ST-E2 used.

Trick to it was having the flash on the tripod to fill the light from the right side to lessen the shadows.
