I dont know who masterminded this, but Ansel would be proud, I assure you. You should try your luck with national geographic!... an admirer

Sinuwhatity? I like your lighting and shallow depth.

Nothing like a good macro image

Cool shot, but the nature of the coil makes it seem like it's not centered. Maybe a different angle would've been more dramatic.

If I knew what it was, i might like it better.

Great image, and good emphasis on curves.

Interesting abstract.

Theres not enough image detail to really pop, and the light parts int he back detract form the spiral's impact.

Beating us over the head with it a little, aren't you? {g} Could be sharper and less centrally composed.

great art piece!

good subject, well lit.

nice. almost black and white. good graphic design sense.

Great focus for such a close shot, although it does seem to fade out a bit at the corners. The sharpness of the middle and the shape of your subject just draws you to the middle. I like this one.

ooh.. nice grainy metallic feel.

Nice lighting, I like it. What exactly is that by the way?

Neat - I like the texture on this, whatever it is!

This doesn't have to say much. Nice and curvey
04/08/2002 03:12:00 PM
nice and simple! perhaps the rule of thirds had helped you out with this one, but it's a good shot regardless.

Ok... I am down to my last three photos... I like the composition of this photo and the lighting. This lighting gives the perfect amount of contrast for an otherwise dark picture. I don't know what this subject is, but it does stir my imagination and it's getting a good score of 8 because of that... Cheers!

Nicely lit and good interpretation.

just looking at this makes me feel dizzy.

Great! Strong contrast in the light. Might have preferred it turned 90 CW though.
