| Dammit, I drove right past this place and wanted to go there really bad but it didn't look very promising from the roadway... so the girlfriend made us go to Laguna for dinner which was cool... man i want to get back to the West Coast. Very cool shot, congrats on the awesome placement. |

Ben, I don't think there is a better BW seascape on the site--and this competes with the best color ones. Awesome movement, clouds; it feels like I am being sucked into the tide. You had better print this one!
And, there is a good chance  venom was drunk! It's just who he is. ;) |

I gave this an 8. I was confident I was looking at the same scene without the child:
Very good dramatic image of the ocean. Really like the movement and feel captured, especially bottom right. |

This has the feeling of hotpasta or DrAchoo. I'm not sure who's this is but it is very great.
The B&W tones of this are very powerful; plus I love the motion blur of the water. 10 -BB |

| too soft...and is esencially serenity but just black and white in this challenge....someone is copying someone else.not quite a violation, but maybe you should just get half a vote |

| dynamic high contrast image - the sky is dramatic, the water rushing around the dark rocks, the crispness of the details - it all makes for a classic seascape |

| I love the use of monochrome in this shot. The long exposure works really well to convey motion in the water. The rocks have good detail and are nicely sharpened. I'd like to see a bit more detail in the center rock but that might be nitpicky. |
