I was gonna say ... maybe you could get a job at a certain architectural firm demonstrating the use of a right-angle ... ;-)
The pattern of the shadows and the use of the opening to highlight the subject are particularly effective. Congratulations on the ribbon! |

Thank you everyone for your comments and votes! My first third place! and techinically the best non-nude photo in this challenge. lol. I actually have not graduated yet, so this is my hope for a job when I do. As for OmanOtter's Comment, I grew up in Phoenix, so i was up there for the holidays. I am a Wildcat so yeah, Go CATS!!
As for the construction, yes its an amazing structure that i have photographed before.

Cool tunnel. But as for a job for the college graduate, I note that this was taken in Phoenix. So, presumably he went to ASU. If that's the case, who would hire him? Go CATS! A-S-WHO? Bear Down Arizona! ;-) Nice shot, though. |

At least he's got a cool looking place to hang out! :) Best of luck to him - and to you on this great image. |

very well thought out and shot. excellent b/w conversion, immense detail in the dark areas; well composed, though I had cropped off the dark area at bottom. |

though this is a good idea, it is a little to washed out for me...and grainy |

Nice shot, comp and conversion. Neat space and love the way it's lit. This would have worked in the shadows challenge, too. |

Cool tunnel. At first glance I thought the person was representing an elf ('tis the season, after all), but then read the title. I like this as B/W, and the angles and shadows are very nice. The model's face seems just a tad too light but only a tiny bit. All in all, a very solid photo. |

Very interesting shapes and shadows. I think the tilt is too much though, and detracts from the power of the shot. |

I love the structure! If I lived wherever you are, I'd probably be shooting in that tunnel every day. |

Normally I'm not a fan of a tilted composition, but this one works great. Well imagined, captured and presented! |
