Spring Street, Williamstown...Library Antiques window. I shot a lot of this block for this challenge. Only block I have really. Not a very big town. I loved that all seemed to be 'looking' at the camera except for the one on the left. The spots are a reflection from some lights strung along the railing in front of the store. The wavy line across the top is the reflection of the awning.

ETA: Sunday night, 12/21, after the snow went back to try and re-shoot with the snow reflection in the trail of lights - add some 'smoke' or 'dust' so to speak - but most of the Santa figures were gone and there was a rocking horse in front of the stairs. Oh well. Hope this was good enough.

Hmm...after the comments (at this point 8) some things seem obvious:

a)either I am too obtuse
b)voters/people who comment don't look closely at the pictures
c)titles are not relevant as this picture demontrates

I knew the lights were there and clearly saw them as a distraction in a normal pic. But with the Santa to the left, it was perfect to include them, albeit with the title and some imagination from the viewer. The lights are the sleigh taking off without Santa.

personally I like the white lights reflecting in the window, and I think it's cool how you worked it into the title, does add magic to the picture

I like the sparkles moving across the window (reflected lights, no doubt) and the santas are beautiful.

For some reason this made me laugh. Very whimsical shot!

I like this one, but the lights (a reflection, I'm assuming) are more a touch distracting.

I like the colors and lighting, though I find the angle of the shot leaves a big empty area in the composition's upper left that does not add anything for me.

Would like to have seen more of the window to add some context to this. It's a great subject.

classic christamas shot, not bad but without a wow factor.

Nicely done! The lighting emphasizes the white beards. Not so sure about the reflection of the tiny white lights.

those reflect lights are distracting as they run though the middle of the scene /5
