 Sunday sunset was the only opportunity I had to be out with my camera out of the 14 this week, owing as for the next few months I'll be still at work when it gets dark :-( Luckily the weather was perfect, but flipping freezing.

I came here a few weeks ago for the benches challenge, but didn't get in time for the best light. This time we were there slightly earlier, but unfortunately the sun was setting in the wrong place to get the photo I'd planned, so I had to walk round the opposite side of the church where the sun was behind it, giving this silhouette. I didn't want a silhouette but I love the colours so in it goes.

Nice, but really supersaturated. I find the main subject a bit too centered.

Now this one I like. The sunset is overpowering the 'church' and to me, becomes the subject of the photo as it should be. Nice: 9

how true to the original is this...I really like the colors and we get some sunsets like this but not often...I like it alot

It feels a little oversaturated to me, but lucky for you I like a little bit of oversaturation :) I think the firey colors in this are great.

I would like the land side a little lighter and I would like the church somewhere other than dead center
