 Went to the Zoo with Mister Pants and got this Photograph..

Actually I'm pleased with it, not much cropping going on here as it was shot with a 300mm prime on a 1.6X body

est score- 6.4
dream score- 6.9 That 7 is becoming a thing of the past for me.


After a really bad score with my first ever submission using this lens I am hoping to redeem myself with this shot.

Stunning lioness shot, I've seen a couple in this challenge and this one stands out. Great focus on the eyes, great texture in the fur, and great use of negative space to frame the subject. It really pops.

I love it! Great job on the detail. Her eyes really stand out even though they are a similar color to the fur. Good job!

Well executed photo, but maybe it is a little too tightly cropped. Seeing her in her environment may be more compelling.7

A smidgeon more of the ear on the left would make this really an almost perfect image. It seems too tightly cropped. I really like how you've isolated her from the background and the sharpness of the eyes. (not voting yet)

great drama in the face...looks like she just spotted some gazelles...although it could be a man eating a hot dog at the zoo :)
