 A reshoot from an earlier money challenge.

It scored 5.7ish then, with only a couple of "I don't get it" remarks.

This time, almost 5 years later (wow!), I am fully expecting a lot more comments of that nature and a full point lower. I do not expect this to go over 4.8.

For those that "don't get it" --
People used to barter for what they needed. In rural areas (especially around here), eggs were a common commodity, and in a sense "money" for those that didn't have any.

There was a time not too many decades ago when during the great depression people bartered with what ever they had. A basket of eggs for a gallon of milk was a darn welcome sight. JMHO.

It's a very nice photo and it certainly meets the challenge.

Haven't you heard that you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket....? Sorry, the joke had to be made, hehe. Perfect focus and great lighting, doesn't say money to me without the title but it's a really good quality shot.
