Probably overprocessed and I kinda like it that way. I love watching tourists. It's what I do when being a tourist - shoot them shooting tourist attractions. It's an odd fascination.

Oh, she's taking a picture of the Cathedral.

Great processing here Deb, really has enhanced the image a lot. Have you considered cropping a little of the sun out at all?

I love it. A tremendously dramatic photo of nothing. It's really quite beautiful.

I think I like the sepia toned version better. It really brings out the texture of the brickwork.

You sure have an eye for capturing the ordinary but making it something special. Great job.

excellent image, the backlighting, there is something bouncing the light around so there is plenty of light on the faces... long shadows, great image.

The b&w is perfect for this one. The lighting is great. The wide angle view is also great. Wonderful photo.

Such rich tones in this one. That is a wonderful fascination to have I think. You have more to show than just the typical tourist shots.

Can't add any additional insight, but I fully understand your reluctance to enter in the FS and fully understand why you like it so much. Big hit with me.

This photo is totally out of place as a candid! Because I would spend hours on this shot and then hours more on pp and it would not look this good (grin) There is nothing left to say that hasn't been said other than I love it .. it is perfectly composed, post processed and just a delight on the eye.

I like how the wide angle accentuates the curves of those cobblestones, and those deep shadows are gorgeous and lend a nice atmosphere. Don't think it's overprocessed at all - in fact, given its leanings towards b&w film-iness, I'd say a bit of grain wouldn't go amiss here.

The long shadows are absolutely the best, as is the dramatic composition...but the real value is the content primary and secondary. Very nice Deb!

...and I'm not seeing any overprocessing!!!

I love the positioning of everything here -- sun in the upper right, tourists in its line, and nice long shadows completing the trip out the lower left. Nice sepia processing too.

An observer of the human animal... a worthy pastime. Who can resist taking photos in such elegant sweeping light with those cobblestones. Photos like these will be informative (as well as enjoyable) in years to come when they look back on our life and times...
