 My workflow was:

Open in CS3
Resize
Sharpen
Save

If you are wondering why the picture looks so noisy is because I forget to set ISO 100 when i changed my camera settings x-(

Incredible.
I love the colours, very soft and natural
The harsh earth against the blurred water is such a great to execute long exposure.
The grain on the top right is nothing to worry about, and if people are commenting about that tell them to shush.
Nothing is perfect, and for minimal editing this IS perfect.

A very pretty picture - the seen is well captured and the details are solid - but it is hard to see how long exposure is really impacting this shot - the sea to the right seems a bit soft but not as dramatic and ethereal as it might with even longer exposure
