There is a quality in your photo that I can't place my finger on but I really like it. The colors are not harsh and almost drab, it's very soft yet sharp at the same time and there is no action. Yet, it's a 10 to me. I'm hoping it will finish in the top 10.

nice editing and composition, may have been better if the horse had been looking at the camera, standing upright or doing something exciting (which they do very infrequently, but there you go : ) ).
