Nothing spectacular.

More just getting my feet wet and getting something entered. As long as that entry is 5+, it doesn't really matter to me. Those occasions when a great photo match a good challenge will come in time.

The more I look at this, the more I hate it. It'll be lucky to pull a 5. Maybe a lesson I can learn if it doesn't is "pull the image if you don't feel good about it." I'll leave it in though.

This may not be exactly pretty, but in fact it is astonishing, and it has to do with the combination of rider and horse. There is a tension, an energy. (Strange that my favourite in the challenge involves a rider, perhaps less obviously than in this one, but the relationship contributes enormously to the force of both photos).

Huh. I kept this shot in thinking that it would be hard-pressed to get a 5+.

It got a 6. *scratches head*.

I should enter shots I hate more often.

It looks like the horses name is 'Max X'. 'X' is of course, 'Ten' in Roman Numerals. Fitting because it's a 10 of a photo. The editing process is really nice to me - very 3D-ish. I think your photo will certainly place well within the top ten and possibly a ribbon winner.

Great shot, this should do very well. Love the perspective and the use of the wide angle lens.. Great processing as well.

nice wide perspective. I love how his head is way more prominent than the rider.

I'd think that the blown background whites would harm this, bur for some reason they don't affect it much. Really good focus on the eye and the whole head of the horse. I like the angle, too. I wish the man rider were looking into the frame, though... but we can't have everything, huh? :)

This is fun! Love the angle, and all the colours too.

I really liked this shot. The composition is great and unusual, the detail on the horse is great and the colors pop. That said, the slight halo around the horse and the metal bit(from oversharpening?) is distracting... still, a great shot 8.
