The lighting on the cobblestones is awesome but to me, the photo looks more like 'Night' then 'Evening'.

Looks like Deutschland to me... Though it could possibly be the UK as well. wonderful glow coming from those streetlamps. The two people on the edge are a bit of a problem. They are there, but don't really seem to be part of the scene. Not something I think you had huge control over, and the scene is otherwise very nice.
