 A candid shot of my friend while she was working on her laptop. No setup or posing.

Post-processing -

Cropped. Played with levels and saturation. Tint, GB and grain. Some dodge and burn around the corners. Some selective saturation. Saved for web. NeatImage with some sharpening.

The original image had some noise (clicked at ISO 1600) and blur (handheld at 1/50 sec at 105 mm). I have tried to hide these flaws with the kind of processing I have done. I can see minor posterization but I don't know how to fix it.

Nice emotional capture. There seems to be a lot of very dark space with no detail on my monitor. I'm calibrated so I suspect you meant for that to happen. The light behind her head to separate subject from background is partially defeated by the close crop. Still a very good image.
