I expected this to do much better. Gave you a 10. Adding to my favorites. Keep up the great work.

Nice.

higher contrast would make it a lot better though, IMO. And maybe less DoF.

Doesn't really fit the challenge for me without the title. Great shot though.

A lovely interpretation and one I agree with wholeheartedly. A lovely image too and the off-centre composition, with the fanned leaves providing balance, works well.

Nice portrait, with good use of B&W.

It a nice portrait - but the palm on the left side is bothersome. I don't think there is much strength shown here, but the title forces the thought.

This is a great shot, like your idea for the challenge. Seems a little overexposed maybe round her dress? Now, this is a little nitpick, may seem weird, but it looks like he's squeezing her chin? Doesn't make me want to score it down though...

Beautiful moment captured. Would crop in close to the two of them and lose the plant on the left...like they're the only two in the world.

nice shot--doesn;t portray 'strenght' well enough--good job anyway

Power, yes. Strength? Not sure. DOesn't really show it for me. (3)

It's a nice photo but your vision of strenght is very tender and soft
