Oh that squiggly is totally cool and goes with that guy's hair. I love your tones with that hint of green. I like the asymmetrical frame too.

your overlay gives your photo painterly qualities. nice work. you can get that effect by running the render clouds filter, and the chrome filter on a separate layer (i think thats how i did something similar once!)

reminds me of some sort of activist back in the 70's riding the bike and looking at a big oil tanker (so I say its an oil tanker lol)love it 10
