The last couple of weeks I have been struggling to motivate myself to go to the gym, so I've been cycling to work instead ... well the last 2 days anyway :)

Held the camera whilst cycling and varied the shutter speed whilst rattling off a few shots, this is the best one :)

Another with my new wide angle lens ... and wohoo, I am top of the high scorers list for this lens .... from one submission, lol

Just shuffling through this side challenge...

What an awesome photo. I can't believe you actually pulled this off with such clarity. Keep this in your pocket for a challenge someday!

What a worthwhile shot, nothing short of amazing the way the handlebar hub and the distant landscape is perfectly sharp.

Cool! I'd be nervous with an slr and wa lens off-road!

Hmmm.... nice gravel road that you're focusing on through your lens to get such a stunning panning shot. Very cool, albeit a bit insane, lol! Great colors, composition, and the road is such a pleasing leading line.

The movement of the bike created a really nice zoomblur. Looks like a pleasant commute route.

You're braver than I am - I kinda tried this one day and decided it wasn't a good idea.

Wow, great sense of movement. I feel like we are flying along with you. Nice rich green tones.

I had the camera strap tight round my neck which I think helped steady it ... several were way too blurred :)

WOW- brilliant image - the movement is so wonderful & aren't you the brave one to get that while riding...I would be in a heap on the road- hopefully saving my camera !!!

This is cool! How did you keep the camera still enough over the bumps to have the frame so clear?

The road is just a dirt track that is only usable by vehicles going to about a 3 houses, no other vehicles are permitted down here (other than walkers and bikes) so perfectly safe :)

Doesn't look like a kind of road to experiment with such things. Hope you still in one piece. I like the "speedy" feeling here.

That's some great motion blur you've got there - it almost makes me dizzy! I cannot help to think how amusing we must look to others when we take this kind of shot.

Makes me giddy, just looking at it. You sure have captured the sense of movement.
And, by the way, if this is the scenery you face, on your daily commute to work.....well, I envy you for that. Mine looks nothing like it!

This looks to have required bravery & balance......and perhaps a smidge of foolishness!!! LOL!!! Nicely done!
