Wow!!! What a gorgeous shot! Huge congrats on the killer placement. Focus and light are perfect for this. Between you and Heini, I think Team Germany will do just fine!

One of my favorites. Nice subtle colors and split toning really makes the mood of the scene. Good choice on the flower also.

I like the post-processing, I suppose people might be a little tired of the "clasped hands" cliche...still, very nice.

Nice shot. A bit more colour might have suited it more though - adds to the theme of growth or hope.

Very cool shot, and makes an obvious statement. My choice for a ribbon! Best of luck in the challenge!

Though I've seen this same/similar shot before, it's well done and a good take on this challenge.
Not sure I'm a huge fan of the acid toning here, maybe a darker hue of earth tones would be richer, almost a draganized style to grunge it some without the acid tones. Personal preference only. High marks.

Nice focus and lighting. A little green fringing around the inner arms.

Nice composition on this. Also, thanks for making me suspend my own reality to come into your story.

This is a great shot; terrific detail and I love the spot colour of the carnation. But.... I don't really see it as meeting the challenge of green in the sense meant. Shame, because the image deserves a 10.

Cool shot. Dirty hands holding something almost always look good, and this is no exception. The acidic processing looks great too. Of course, I'm an acid junkie (just the processing style though). I would have preferred a baby tree instead of the flower for maximum "Green" effect, and the flower looks fake (even though I doubt it is). It also looks like the subject took his/her watch off right before the shoot.

looks like a petunia which wouldn't grow like that, good composition and I like the dirty feel.... but the flower is misplaced here

It's a stretch as it's not a plant, but a flower shoved in dirt. Kind of takes away, but I guess the concept is there. Toning is unusual. As a photo out of the challenge, I like it. Not sure it hits the mark directly. Sorry.

very good, but flowers don't just pop out of the ground without a plant.
