Congratulations I had this one picked out as a ribbon winner and was one of your 10's.

Woo, nice surprise this morning

I've been so lazy with my camera over the last year and really need to get back into the habit of shooting again

Have to agree with Jaker (thanks very much for understanding)

I have several shots with the nuns all facing front and alligned, I even had a shot of seven of them making which I thought was a sure fire "7 virtues" winner but on editing, this shot with the two "looks' just stood out for me, I think it adds a personality to the shot that the other shots didn't have.

Very happy and thanks to all who voted and commented

I disagree with an earlier comment. I think the photo is MUCH more impactful BECAUSE not everyone is looking at the camera. That would make it just another posed shot. The way it is now makes it something special.

Congratulations on an excellent image and a well deserved ribbon!

So happy this did well -- I love the humanity of this photo, and it was one of my top few for this challenge. Congratulations!

Nice idea. The fact that some of them are looking at the camera and some are not is somewhat distracting. I feel the image could be stronger if that had been done differntly. That is if you had the opportunity to do it differently...which isn't always the case. Good job overall and good luck in the challenge.

Nice concept and good composition.

Some more sharpness and contrast would have made it a great image.

Great idea and nice light but I think it would be improved slightly if they were all looking in the same direction, probably not at the camera ... though I'm guessing you had no control about that

good idea for faith and by having the little smiles it keeps this from being too serious, nice
