Day 3

Baby blue workbench
Light box right, can lights above.
Basically just levels, PSP Clarify and pushed the saturation to the point just below the green being too much.

Note: Bottle is an 1/8 of an ounce...this is a very small bottle of tabasco.

This one is really great! I also like how the bottle comes out of the frame, it kind of gives it that feeling like he's walking towards me.

I use PSP X2 -
Work up the background layer.
Frame on its own Layer.
Duplicate the background layer and move it on top of the frame layer.
Erase/mask everything but the frame on the top layer.

I did a more in-depth tut for SD dSLR group here: //www.sandiegodslr.com/?q=node/140 (again PSPx2 but still applies to PS)

Love the colors and the frame treatment (and I hate frames, so that it a big atta-boy from me). Very nice composition. Perhaps a wider DOF to get his feet in focus as well.

I love the popping out of the border effect. Great saturation of color, focus is perfect, and the poses that he can bend into give you almost limitless possibilities. By the way, what kinds of lights do you use. Your lighting has been superb so far.

Please be careful, magnetman is going to torque his back with a big bottle like that at such an angle.

I just love this, as it really 'pops' as a thumbnail, and also when one opens it to the larger size.....

I just love your 'item', the 'little magnet man', and where did you get him from, or did you make him.....

Really nice! If this were the "bottle challenge" I think this would come in pretty darn high. I have one of those baby bottles of Tabasco, it came with a military MRE.

Hehe that's a fun one, and the out of the frame type border works well with this one.

Nice and clean as well.

Great border, really helps give the bottle a 3d look. Tabasco, too hot for my taste!
