 Well, I'm finally taking the plunge with my first photo. Picture taken at the Central Children's Park in Minsk, Belarus (between Russia and Poland). I took about 100 photos of this ferris wheel from different angles, but finally chose the straight on shot. Luckily it was a clear and sunny day (unusual for here), sun was low and coming in from the side, so colors aren't as bright as they should be, although I like the way the sky came out.

I'm not sure how you would be a cleaner shot of this, but the trees intrude into the image too much.

That is huge. We need as many Ferris Wheels (and water wheels) as can be stuffed into a competition just because they're fun! This one is done well. Thank you.

Striaght forward shot with nice colors. Compoition lacks impact due to the dead centered approach.
