This is a nice theatrical capture. I'm not seeing so much dappled lighting here though.

Interesting - makes me wonder what's going on?! The light in the top left is a bit distracting though, and the light isn't really dappled enough for my liking.....

interesting composition

Is this dappling at its best??, I have no idea but the shot is very cool and validated as a bonus. ;-) Good luck! 6

This looks very staged, and the lighting isnt really dappled.

Interesting. Not sure what it has to do with dappled light.

interesting shot, but doesn't really meet the challenge. if you want to explain to me how the shot meets the challenge then I am all ears, but I am known as a DNMC nazi, and in my eyes it does not meet the challenge.. sorry.

even though I clearly see a back light edging the models, and an obvious key, maybe even a fill light or bounce boards, I don't see any dapples.

The dogs are distracting and don't really do much to your image overall.

come on, shoehorning is not a good thing.

I really like the slight lens flair on photographer's left. It really gives the feel of a back alley

I can't wait to read the story behind this unusual scene.

This is bizarre to me. Were you shooting for bizarre? Lot's of lights but none cast dappled light that I see.

Nice picture, but IK'm not seeing any dappled light. Am I missing something here?
05/22/2008 01:51:55 AM
Okay...I have to say. Where is the dappled light? I see some sort of light in the top left but its not dappled at all.

I don't understand this picture. And I don't see dappled light. I see a flash. Sorry but to me this DNMC

With my imadgination, this is an interesting shot for story, but I see no Dapple.

I can't see dappled light. It looks even. Nice idea of posing the models this way, but her hip is in a strange place (very high). I don't think it flatters beautiful model. I like the colours and particulafry the light on the male model clothes. Sharp.

This is not dappled light in my opinion - dappled light is light shining through several small apertures, functioning as pinhole cameras, creating circular images on the ground. Sorry, did not vote on this one.

not really dappled lighting
