She's pretty near to the central station in Oslo. Too much or too little of something in the bloodstream and she's lost most of her motor functions. She'll be all right, but probably not for long.

This person was obviously having a very difficult moment, but I find it very hard to understand what is happening. I thought it was a man, but of course that doesn't matter. There is something in her hand I can't identify and I can't tell why she is contorted. The thing about the shot that is most interesting to me is the crowd in the background that is oblivious the this occurrence. I guess what I'm saying is that this is definitely telling a story, but I don't know what the story is.
