I've been doing some reading on motion blur. This is actually a good example of a pan-blur combination or an impressionistic blur(especially with the multiple direction of the motion). Again, thanks to dpc for providing the challenges and incentive for me to try different techniques. Also, thanks for the votes and comments.

I wasnt around on the site when this challenge happened, but I like it a lot, sure it had a bit of panning blur too but it also has motion blur, no-one said anything about ONLY motion blur LOL. Great shot, these arent as easy as they look to pull of so that they look good.

I don't think the blur enchances this shot...just makes it hard on my eyes. I'd like to see it without the blur though!

Personally I do need something in the image to be in better focus - there's not enough that is still to contrast with the movement for me.
