I TOTALLY AGREE! The well read child (or adult) can compensate for so many other things, like a deficiency in math. . .or science. I love this photo too. It makes reading look so artistic :)

This is still minimal to me. And I can relate - I can't believe there are people who DON'T read - can, but don't. A good book is one of the greatest pleasures in life!
