A hover fly, in the air, while laying eggs.
Manual focus Micro Nikkor 55mm, on camera flash to stop the motion.
Processing, iPhoto 08, Crop,Levels,Exposure,Contrast, S/H,Sat,W/Bal,Noise.
Size to 1250 pix. Move to Graphic Converter for final resize to 640 pix, strip fluff files. Save for upload.
Uploaded for the "DNMC" challenge. I hope this will be DNMC enough since it's April Fools Day today.

| A perfect challenge for this shot. You would have been waiting around for a long time on an "Insect Body Part Challenge". Butt somehow I still think this shot doesn't quite measure up to the challenge. |
