a great take on the challenge, nicely oobie, as we expect from you. i am also unsure about the red frame, and think it might work better in b/w - the colour is a little distracting.

You might want to be careful posting people's license plates out in public. Just a thought on the privacy issue.

Very interesting take on the challenge. Maybe lacks true urban bleakness or the hopelessness of prostitution but a very good concept. Not to sure whether the red inner border works and the light in the bottom right hand corner is a bit distracting
