I was going to do this for the Self Portrait Side Challenge last month but it did not work out. So I thought I would use it for this. Hope it works.

Bought me a new pair of Foster Grants. When I did this before, I was using F/ 25 or something and maybe 3 or 4 second shutter speeds with my polarized clip on sun glasses. But my head and neck were at such a bad angle that my head kept moving and the reflections in the glasses were not what I wanted. So I bought the bigger sunglasses and used a shorter shutter speed. Camera on tripod with cable remote.

Nice shot. But it doesn't convey the challenge imo. Yes, he's looking at whatever but is he peeking? Or booing? Nope. Great reflections in his glasses.

The reflections of the colors on the glasses is a great idea. But as art speaks differently to different people, I have to say, I just am not that excited when I see it. There is no "wow, that's phenominal."

Interesting take on the theme. Very colorful and I love the reflection. Not the traditional peek a boo idea, but I'll give you credit for a unique interpretation.

i kinda wish the pretty zigzag color pattern would continue throught the whole frame so it surrounds his face... and i also wish the frames of his sunglasses were filled with the pattern. nice colors. how did you do ths? i'm thinking construction paper on light table??? nice effect.

This just seems to add a peek-a-boo touch to a previous concept. Loses originality in the process. Might have been pretty cool without the foreground in frame at all...
