Hmmm. I don't see any reference in your editing notes to added texture. Am I seeing things here, or is your skin naturally lined? They seem quite visible on the forehead and underneath the main eye. How was that effect achieved? Can you share please? :-)

funny shot though I find the border distracting

Still haven't trimmed that bird's nest? I think we'll have to take up a collection and get you a Remington Beard and 'Stache trimmer. :-P

The border's a bit distracting for me. I prefer 'em simpler.

I like the framing, softer light would have helped.

I guess there's a texture overlay on this? I find the lines on the face out of place. Nice detail otherwise.

Nice 'full on' shot - not sure about the range of colours . . his forehead, face and hands all appear to be different, also not that keen on the frame.

Nice crop though and nice visual impact with the bright blue eye. Good luck.

I generally prefer natural lighting. But this time, not your friend. Face is too pink, hands are washed out. You can tell your subject is fighting the sun by the wrinkles in the forehead.

I'm not a fan of the lighting on this image. The face is so red against the hands. Might be the effect you're going for though. Just not my preference here.

This is a little scary, reminds me of "The Shining." Great expression :-)

That border doesn't help the photo I find.
