Had I been a member, I would have voted 10. These fish are cool! Too bad so many people were ignorant of them. They're quite entertaining.

Read about the fish!

You're gonna get hammered for making him hold his breath like that, but the colors, composition and DOF are top notch. Photographically, it's a 10 from me, but next time please include a snorkel... er... straw.

This is a (technically) great photo but I feel kind of bad for your model! Hopefully he was okay.

Yikes, Bubble-eyed goldfish creep me out :P Great sharpness, clarity and focus. You can even see little veins around the eyes.... nicely done.

Sorry, I don't find suffocating a fish to be an acceptable method of creating art.

1 for focus,
1 for sharpness,
1 for clarity
1 for colour

That is as high as I can vote, I am sorry. Even though it may only be a goldfish, you actually let an animal suffer for a shot. Not cool

Dead or alive? He appears to be out of water to me. I'm torn on how to vote here. The image is compelling and technically wonderful.

Edit: I'm back, I've decide to give you a 6 based on my view of the technical merits with a "deduction" for the content. I would have preferred to abstain but it's not possible to comment without voting. I consider the content objectionable, and I've asked for its removal. Good luck, I suspect this will score well.

I never saw this before. This is a real interesting fish.I guess, it was difficult to show the fish out of water, But this glass distracts to me, sorry.
