 I used the flash. There... I helped you! This image was actually taken in my bathroom sink. I turned the focet on so a drop of water came out every second or so.

Then, about 437 images later, I took the final into photoshop and autoleveled it to give it that kind of metalic glow. But besides cropping... NO editing was done here!

The 2 extra splash/drops at the top of the frame are too eye catching (due to placement and brightnesS) and they kind of take my eye away from the rest of the image. But in regards to water drop images, DPC is the right place for those, and its pretty good otherwise.
